The Quality Assurance (QA) and Test lead plays an important role in our projects by monitoring all phases of the project to ensure that all requirements are met before the product reaches the users. The work is usually done in project form among our customers within Telecom, Bank & finance and in Retail. The role of Test / QA requires very good communication in a clear and diplomatic way that reaches colleagues in many different roles. Our goal is that you should always develop in your professional role both through challenging assignments and through relevant education.
What you’ll do
- Take part early in the project to ensure that collected requirements are testable.
- Plan for human and technical resources in close collaboration with project leads and business managers.
- Support anything from professional testers to inexperienced end users with proper test strategies adapt to their technical skills and business experience.
- Manage different stakeholder’s expectations, ensuring deliverables meet requirements from applicable stakeholder perspectives.
Who you are
- Business level fluency in both written and spoken Swedish
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or Computer Science or relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a test / QA
- Experience of Agile working methods
- Experience of QA management tools, e.g. JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps
- Experience in automated testing
- ISTQB certification is meritorious
