Kristijan Bojadziski: Messy code elevates my anxiety levels

Author: Kristijan Bojadziski, Front-End Developer

When I see beautifully written code, I relax a little. Likewise when a code is really messy, it raises my anxiety levels a little and, I have to fix it. It bothers me if I don’t, Junior Developer Kristijan Bojadziski says.

  •  Tell us more about yourself. Where are you from and how did you end up at Polar Cape?

I started at Polar Cape as an intern. It was the best internship experience I had by far. When the opportunity came up to join Polar Cape I was thrilled and accepted instantly.

  • What is your role at Polar Cape?

I am working as a Junior Developer.

  • How did you feel when you first started at Polar Cape?

I felt like I acquired everything I needed. It was very easy to adapt to the environment mainly because I knew some of the people from when I was an intern.

  • What attracted you the most?

I would definitely say that the working environment and the atmosphere is what attracted me the most. Everyone is very friendly and makes you feel like you belong there. Aside from all this, it’s really important for me that I have the opportunity to advance in my career and  be appreciated for every effort I make.

  • Top tech trends to watch in 2018?

AI for everybody – Artificial intelligence has so far been mainly the plaything of big tech companies. Machine-learning cloud-based tools are bringing AI to a far broader audience.

My biggest passion is music. I like discovering new artists/songs. I spent a lot of time watching TV shows and movies. My favorite genre is sci-fi.

  • Tell us something quirky about you

When I see beautifully written code, I relax a little. Likewise when a code is really messy, it raises my anxiety levels a little and, if it’s possible, I have to fix it. It bothers me if I don’t.

  • A message to all Polar Capers..

I look forward to meeting all Polar Capers and make new friends. May the force be with you.
