1. What made you want to work for Polar Cape?
When I joined the company, I was immediately struck by its culture and commitment to personal development. At that time, I had just one year of experience in my field and was eager to learn and grow. The company, which then had only 17 employees, provided the perfect environment for my professional growth and development.

The respect and trust from my colleagues allow me to do my job in a relaxed and enjoyable way, which is truly rare to find. I love my job, and it’s a pleasure to work with people who complement my work.
3. Any work moment in particular that you remember with great fondness?
I would say the first kickoff in Ulvön, Sweden. It was the first time I met all my colleagues in person and discovered the true meaning of having fun at kickoff parties! 😊
