On 16 March Great Place to Work announced those companies in Sweden who placed on their top lists for 2016 – and Polar Cape achieved 4th place ! Employees from Stockholm and Skopje were there to receive the award (and some champagne) !
“After achieving 7th place the year before, we were really excited to see how we would do this year. The most important thing for us is to be on the list, but if we could climb up it then that would be even better. We put in a lot of work throughout the year, and got a loads of great suggestions from our colleagues. The tough part is putting the suggestions into action – but I think we did a good job which reflects in our results. Needless to say we are thrilled with 4th place, and take it as a recognition that we are doing a pretty good job in becoming one of the best places to work for Senior IT Consultants.”
