As Talent Acquisition Manager at Polar Cape you´ll have a central role within the company. Initially you´ll be responsible for building up a network with potential candidates and your focus will be on search, headhunting and interviewing for IT professional roles. You´ll be working in close collaboration with our sales and management team to lead our recruitment processes from start to finish. There´s room to grow in the position and when you´re up and running, there´s also a lot of other stuff within the talent area we need your help with.

At least 1 -2 years of experience from tech recruitment
You´re up to date and understand the real needs of tech talent
Passion and interest in the tech industry
You speak English at a fluent level, if you speak Swedish that´s a plus
