Partner Manager

If you have previous experience in business development or recruitment within the software domain but you are looking for new challenges– then we have a very exciting opportunity for you. You will be working in close relationship with Polar Cape management and our business partners (in Skopje and Stockholm). Using our partners talent pool, you will find the best possible IT specialists for Polar Cape’s clients. You will be working with challenging tasks, for multiple stakeholders.


  • Build out Polar Cape’s Alliance Network through identifying potential partner companies and freelancers.
  • Find sub-contractors for Polar Cape teams and other assignments in both Sweden and Macedonia.
    (search, contact with candidates, basic quality assurance, coordinate interviews, coordinate with sales team)
  • Work closely with sales department in Stockholm
  • Maintain existing partner network by continuous relationship-building.
  • Scan our partner network for the most qualified consultants matching specific role descriptions.
  • Perform consultant interviews evaluating a candidate given specific role descriptions.
  • Negotiate terms with partners.
  • Improve ways of working and tool support used in the partner management process.


  • 2 years of professional experience within Software domain either as a Business developer or Recruitment specialist
  • Experience working with IT candidates and CV screening.
  • Advanced skill set in client facing and excellent communication skills.
  • Tech savvy, with good understanding of current Tech stacks
  • High working professional proficiency in English
