If you have experience of working in an agile team with a good understanding of agile development, user stories, refinement etc., this is the opportunity for you.

Minimum of 2 years professional development experience with:

  • Java SE, EE or Spring
  • Object Relational Mapping (Hibernate or similar)
  • MVC
  • RESTful APIs (JSON, XML)
  • Source Control Management (GIT, SVN)
  • Build tools (Maven, Gradle or others)
  • Unit testing

You will be part of a consultant team of 6-8 people with a Consultant Manager who will be your closest contact person, from your team you will receive support and development in every project you take. And at FATO once a month you meet your team to share knowledge, obstacles, or work on a project of your own together. 

And just as you, we think personal development is important. We will give you the time and budget for further training in relevant tools / technology just for you. Forums run by colleagues with high competence in Frontend (Jakov in Macedonia is our own guru) Leadership, and in SAFE (and if you want to share, lead the way). We also give you the opportunity to work in cross functional projects in Skopje and Stockholm. Besides our two offices you get colleagues from different part of the world who are driven by having a real impact for our customers.

And when we have done that, we like to celebrate, abroad and at home with dinners, AW, Skiing (we have some good teachers among us) or with on the paddle court (Glenda is our Paddle master).
