Business objectives As part of their business strategy for market share, Telenor acquired the fixed-line services of Tele2 in Sweden. This required a major program to integrate customer data and process support to a common system stack and data model for existing Telenor brands. A rolling migration plan was also needed to successively migrate all customer from existing to Telenor networks. It was a complex project with hard deadlines.
