MedUniverse – The Patient Case Engagement Platform​

Background 

MedUniverse’s vision is to be the industry standard for the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries for effective drug and treatment information and education via patient case engagement. ​

Challenge

MedUniverse needed to speed up the technical development process to meet customer and innovation needs. They wanted the cost benefits from near shoring while keeping the high-quality standards from the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries. Establishing a one-team feeling with shared values between the two sites (Stockholm and Skopje) was key.​

Solution/Results

PolarCape provided an agile team consisting of front- and backend developers. The team in Skopje extended MedUniverses’ team in Stockholm, together they play an integral part in taking the SaaS patient case platform to the next level, enabling flexibility, scalability, security and an enterprise architecture.​
