Eureka sessionsThe concept was conceived in order to provide a forum for inspirational lectures and presentations from external speakers. We invite external speakers who may or may not be working in the IT industry, but have been involved in a job, event, or personal journey which can give others new ideas. Guest speakers have so far included a Swedish diplomat who had worked in the Middle East and Africa (drawing lessons on communication across cultural borders), the ex-CEO of a start-up company within sports retail, and one of the development managers from Spotify.
Company meetingThe company meeting is a planned event held at the company head office and occurs once per month. As well as being a social event, we also use this occasion to spread information within the company. We often plan knowledge-sharing activities here too, such as technical break-out sessions, or case-studies about current assignments and challenges.
Polar TalksOpen discussion on interesting subjects relevant for the IT industry.
