As Junior Talent Manager at Polar Cape you play an important role in our future growth. You are responsible for finding, contacting and attract future Polar Capers through digital channels and by phone, but also by working proactive, for instance by creating networks or other creative ways. You will also be involved in our employer branding activities and competence management. In this position you are working closely together with our HR Business Partner and together you will work aligned with our values; Quality, Flexibility and Integrity.

- Previous experience of sourcing and marketing / sales.
